Miss Tanny, our guide in Bangkok, was personable and very patient. She kept us informed of the day's activities and kept us entertained with her sense of humor. Miss Lisa, our Phuket guide, was very polite and soft spoken. The young people in our group relate well with her.

We met our guide BANG at the airport for a very brief Bangkok stay as part of our overall SEA trip. He went out of his way to make the trip enjoyable and informational. 10/10!

One of the best things about travel is meeting wonderful people. The best thing about Asian highlights are the local guides (and don’t forget the essential drivers like Krung!) all pulled together by our crucial coordinator Jimmy who put together the trip we wanted and helped us during our trip. They make it so easy to travel abroad.

Guide in Cambodia Mr Borin was excellent and he was so considerate that he even had fresh fruit for us. Made us feel special. A special shout out to him and his driver who made our trip memorable.

cannot say enough good things about our guides and drivers!!! They were all courteous, friendly, thoughtful, highly knowledgeable and driven to give us the best of the best. Mr. Ngyuen Van Chin in Saigon went out of his way to show me every fruit, flower, tree and vegetable on our walks knowing that I loved gardens. He made sure we could get to church, have a fun hands-on experience interacting with local crafts people, learning the history and culture from the museums and war tunnels and ensuring our meals were as promised ( delicious)! He is superior as a guide. He felt a true connection to him and trusted his suggestions completely.

Coco’s plan immersed us into the culture of each country and not just the “highlights”. We really got a good taste of each area although there were many similarities across the borders.

We recently had a holiday to Vietnam organissd by Jimmy at Asia Highlights. Jimmy came up with a great itinerary and literally everything was taken care of. We did so much more than we would have done if we had organised it ourselves and we really got to see so much of Vietnam. Jimmy paid so much attention to details to ensure we maximized the time we had there. Using Asia Highlights took out the stress of any arrangements we had to make. I would definitely use them again.

Minh was our group's guide from arrival in Hanoi until departure. We visited the home of the great leader, awesome foodplaces and lots of sightseeing in Hanoi incl. getting us organized for Orchid Cruises Halong Bay. We loved spending time down there with Minh.

We just returned from 16 days in Asia - six in Japan and 10 in China. As experienced global travelers, this excursion planned by Alisa at Asia Highlights was top-notch. From arriving in Tokyo to leaving Hong Kong, our trip was seamless and included everything we wanted - combining the must-sees with the hyperlocal.

This was my second trip with Asia/ China Highlights and I am so glad that I chose them again. Claire was very communicative when planning the trip and included a couple of experiences I had wanted to do.

My absolute favorite city is Kyoto and we were lucky that we got a very knowledgeable and very good English speaking tour guide, Lia. She customized our itinerary and made changes to fit with our family laid back style- for context, we traveled with 2 elders and 2 kids (6 and 11 y.o).

Yeliz Wong was our advisor at Asia Highlights for our 10 day tour of Japan. She was well organized, always reachable by Whatsapp and gave insightful and helpful recommendations for our itinerary, and made changes as necessary. Yeliz was very responsive and updated us on any changes to our itinerary. Yeliz facilitated refunds for missed excursions due to scheduling issues. We highly recommend her for her professionalism and attention to detail.

Our 17 day Journey thru Japan and China, arranged by Sharon was super. The up front communication with her was very easy despite our time differences. She went out of her way to talk when it was convenient for us.

Asia Highlights and their local Myanmar partner "mAsia" did an excellent job in planning and execution of a one week trip to Myanmar.The various tour guides and drivers had good knowledge and good command over English.

Our first time to China (Beijing) and our guide, Ethan, must be heaven sent. He was so attentive to all of our needs, he was incredibly knowledgeable, flexible to changing plans and was a great communicator. We had some very hot and humid days but Ethan always found ways for us to stay cool. As well, literally every location we finished visiting he had the driver waiting for us in perfect synchronized timing

He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the historical sites that we visited and had tremendous experience with navigating through each location. Ethan was very friendly by welcoming us to ask questions and always being incredibly kind. He was conscientious of the time as well as our needs. Ethan was patient when we needed extra time to take photos or to take a break. He was flexible with our schedule and adjusted our itinerary along the way to make each day run smoothly. Ethan was also very helpful by advising us on cultural norms. He made our time in Beijing UNFORGETTABLE!!

We just finished a 4 day adventure in Beijing with Ethan as our guide. He was the best guide we have ever had. He was clearly spoken, extremely knowledgeable, attentive to all of our needs as we battled the heat and lineups. Ethan always got us into tourist sites incredibly fast, he connected with our driver (also amazing) and had always timed our pickups right as we were ready to go.

Ethan from China Highlight Tours in Beijing was a wonderful guide and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He paid attention to our needs and met every demand and request; whether it be taking the perfect picture for us, showing us a shortcut to get around the crowd, or making sure we stay shaded and comfortable in the heat.His vocabulary was expansive and he was able to communicate very effectively with us, and of course, everyone else who couldn’t speak in English to us

We had the good fortune to have Helen as our tour guide. She was very helpful and enthusiastic in sharing of her knowledge of not just Beijing but also other China cities as well. Thank you Helen!
