Three weeks encompassing Vietnam
A special shoutout to our last guide in Bangkok - Ms. Ka-Noon who spoiled us with her kindness and then got us through check in and security for our flight home in record time at that huge Bangkok airport.

Three weeks encompassing Vietnam
Three weeks encompassing Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos. Albee Ning arranged everything perfectly. Not a flaw in the whole 3 weeks. Guides, flights (7 in total), hotels, private tours…everything was excellent. Travelling on a private tour gave us so much freedom to change our day if we chose to rest or go somewhere else.

Over the last 5 years we've used Asia…
Over the last 5 years we've used Asia highlights twice. And both times we've had fantastic vacations. Would not want to do it any different when we travel to Asia from now on. Sharon was fantastic. She was a wonderful agent who helped us nail down our trip and make everything go as smooth as possible.

Family Trip to Thailand
Our trip to Thailand comprised three generations of the family , ten people and an age range of 4 to 70 so a potentially difficult brief. Our itinerary over two weeks involved four locations, and a number of different trips and tours. From out arrival at an extremely busy Bangkok airport Asia Highlights were terrific. In each location we were met by a smiling , knowledgeable and professional guide who simply made everything easy and stress free for everyone. Our transportation was clean and comfortable . Transport was always ready for us at the agreed time and the drivers were excellent. There were so many highlights enjoyed by all the age groups. The floating houses , railway market and elephant sanctuary were particular favourites. We had one minor glitch with the accommodation in Phuket which was immediately dealt with by Tip. I think we would have struggled to resolve the problem by ourselves.
So, thank you Asia Highlights , Cathy, Tip and tour guides Tanny, Sam and Lisa. It was a memorable holiday and we will be back.

Trip of a lifetime from Asia Highlights!
I recommend highly Asia Highlights as a travel company. Our travel consultant Albee took the time to connect with us during the planning process to make sure we were comfortable with our itinerary. When we arrived, we were met by our guide and all the details were attended to. They picked great hotels and tours. I often describe our trip as the trip of a lifetime! Would definitely use them again when we come back to Asia

Asia Highlights and Albee - highly recommended
Asia Highlights is very reliable agency and Albee is an amazing representative of the company. From the moment when we contacted her until our departure, the whole support we received was 6* level. She prepared our trip offer within few hours and afterwards she was extremely flexible to adjust as per our needs. In the period between the offer and the trip, Albee was always available for all our questions and supported us on the best possible way. During the trip she was again flexible to add new activities/transfers and this went on the smoothest possible way. Thank you, Albee and Asia Highlights. Definitely we will approach you again for our next Asian trip

1. Snorkeling to discover the Marine life around Phi Phi Islands
Recommended length of visit: one day
Phi Phi is a stunning archipelago, located in the Andaman Sea between Krabi and Phuket. The islands rank as some of the most naturally beautiful in the world. Despite the rapid growth in tourism, the surrounding waters are still home to a huge amount of coral and sea life.
The islands’ sandy beaches, caves and tropical-forest-covered limestone mountains are wonderful sights.
Phi Phi Island can be reached from Phuket or Krabi only by boat. Public ferries depart 3-4 times a day from Phuket or 5-6 times a day from Krabi, and take around 2 hours from either place. Once at the island, you can swim, snorkel or scuba dive. You can easily rent equipment.
Calm waters and warm sea temperatures allow you to snorkel and scuba-dive, and you can see the marine life up close since the water is clear. Snorkeling is done in protected and sheltered bay areas, and it is suitable for non-divers. >>>Krabi Maps, Krabi Beach Map
2. Rock-Climbing at Railay Beach
Recommended length of visit: one day
You can find gorgeous white sandy beaches, soaring limestone cliffs, viewpoints, and caves in the Railay area. Rock-climbing, however, is one of the most popular attractions there.
East Railay Beach is the docking point for boats arriving from Krabi, while the west side, connected to the east by paths through the large resorts or by trails through thin jungle cover, is the primary destination for beach-goers.
Railay Beach can be reached from Krabi by taking a long-tail boat, as there is a direct ferry connection to Railay from the islands of Phi Phi, Lanta and Phuket. The only way around Railay peninsula is on foot (there are no cars or roads). When arriving in the area, you will be given a lesson in rock-climbing.
Railay is the most famous destination for rock-climbing in southern Thailand. Do rock-climbing and stand-up paddle boarding at Railay on a full-day adventure that combines two exciting sports in a spectacular location with stunning views.

3. Sea-Kayaking Adventures at Ao Nang Beach
Recommended length of visit: half-a-day
Ao Nang has semi-clear waters and is a calm beach great for kayaking, swimming and relaxing. The beach has beautiful views of limestone cliffs and a memorable sunset experience. There are plenty of restaurants and vendors along the beach path, offering fresh young coconuts, smoothies, and snacks galore.
There is a taxi service or private car service to Ao Nang. You should plan on a journey of 15 to 20 minutes by car, or twice as long by bus. There are direct passenger-ferry connections to Ao Nang from the islands of Phi Phi and Lanta, as well as from Phuket.
Sea-kayaking is a great way to explore Ao Nang’s dramatic scenery without damaging the environment. If you have never kayaked before, don’t worry. Instruction is given and the routes followed are relatively easy. This is really a must-do activity in Ao Nang.
4. Enjoy a Thai Spa Treatment
Recommended length of visit: half-a-day
Thai massage can help you relax, relieve aching muscles, and temporarily boost your mood. However, many therapists make claims that go far beyond what massage can accomplish. It does increase circulation, gives temporary relief from pain, provides a sense of well-being, and promotes relaxation.
Escape the crowds for half-a-day at a Thai spa and enjoy a traditional massage treatment from an expert. Massage techniques are commonly applied by hand, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, feet, or with a device. The purpose of massage is generally for the treatment of body stress or pain
Complete your perfect Krabi holiday experience with a full- or half-day spa at Waree Raksa. Explore a steaming-hot natural waterfall and a lush tropical garden, soak in mineral-rich hot and cold pools, and join a Thai yoga class on the award-winning spa’s manicured grounds.
After your treatment, enjoy a healthy Thai lunch with fruit and unlimited tea — the all-natural ingredients are grown in the spa’s onsite organic garden and orchard.

5. Learn to cook traditional Thai Cuisine
Recommended length of visit: half-a-day
With magnificent beaches nearby and an impressive cultural heritage, Krabi in the south of Thailand is one of the most popular destinations in the country. There are 130 large and small islands dotted around.
Enjoy your day by learning how to cook Thai meals using fresh ingredients. You will be taught how to cook a complete meal from scratch. 3 classes are available, in the morning, afternoon and evening. They are conducted using a warm, open and interactive format, while taking you on an exotic Thai culinary adventure.
Meet up with the chefs at the Cooking School in Krabi Town and start your class with an introduction to traditional Thai cuisine. Participants are given hands-on experience in cooking while also gaining inside knowledge of local ingredients, all under the watchful eye of a friendly Thai cooking instructor.
6. Relax at a beach resort
Recommended length of visit: one day
The luxurious beach front resorts in Krabi provide various facilities for in-house guests including spa, jacuzzi, pool, and private tours. Escape from the crowded tourist spots and enjoy your day at a resort.
Do yoga in the morning to experience inner-peace or go to the fully equipped fitness center, sauna and steam room, for your next exercise and relaxation. Enter one of the sound-proof rooms with a large screen TV for karaoke or video games.
After a full day of sunbathing or exercising, have a drink and snack at the fireplace with your family. The fireplace is furnished in classic style with comfortable sofas and large chairs. Quiet and cozy, this is the perfect place to relax.
