We had an awesome experience with Asia Highlights We started our trip in Bangkok, where Mr. Prassert our tour guide, met us. He was on time and the van was clean and well-maintained. The main luxury shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away, and along with the convenient location close to town and on a private beach, food is one of the main highlights. The resort is so big the selection is huge. The Sakura Japanese Restaurant in the 5-star resort is one of the best in Nusa Dua. They serve Japanese and Balinese/Japanese fusion dishes.

The 393-room Club Med Bali is part of a large international chain known for its all-inclusive policies. It is a large, luxury resort. The rooms and suites are small and modest for a luxury resort, but the highlights of the resort are the variety of activities, facilities, and services. You can play golf or tennis and do other sports.

There is a multitude of activities for all ages, multiple pools and sports courts, golf classes, and water sports facilities. Families are the majority of the guests there. It is on a beach for surfing, paddle boarding, and lounging.

Alila in Seminyak is place to stay for a variety of experiences. You can find areas for lounging, surfing, and water sports. Seminyak is about 3 km (2 miles) north of Kuta.

Alila is suitable for beach activities such as surfing for young couples. The waves are bigger than those at Kuta, so more experienced surfers surf there. Since it is further from the city center, it is also less crowded. A few lifeguards serve on the big beach. Since there are fewer crowds, the hotels on the beach make the beach suitable for honeymooners and seniors. Sections of the beach are privately owned by luxury hotels.

One drawback to this area of the coast is that during the rainy season, rivers in the area bring in pollution. Sometimes, there are tons of trash on the beaches and in the water, so during the rainy season, it is better to go to Nusa Dua. Sol Beach House Benoa Bali is owned by Melia Hotels International and is on a beach. They specialize in all-inclusive packages, which afford people privacy with private balconies for each room or suite. A private garden with trees around the resort also provides privacy. The hotel has a spa, swimming pool, and beach dining, and they provide entertainment and many activities as part of their policy.

Three restaurants, including a 24-hour buffet and an Italian eatery, are available for food and drinks around the clock. Children will enjoy the buffet of pizzas, salads, and curries against a stellar natural backdrop.

The beaches on other coasts of Bali gets a lot of pollution during the rainy season from about November to March. The Amala is in the middle of the shopping and dining area of Seminyak, but it is not on the beach so it is not the best for beach activities. It takes about 22 minutes to walk to the beach.
